People in the west who play Japanese games in the majority get physical sales. Digital sales would be low by a ratio of 9:1 physical Vs digital. So it's would probably be around 2k sales digitally.
Sales have not matter in this case. Also hifi rush does not have a physical release and is all digital so the sales are not tracked.

It Sold 67k... that is really low. Espcially for a system that is deemed to be a strong supporter of Japanese games. Only a small fraction of those sales are from western consoles as well, i presume.
Hi-Fi Rush for obvious reasons will not be on the charts due to it being on gamepass but has been played by 2 Million players it has far better reach than Ishin and Octopath 2 combined. The other games do not have enough reach....

No one is missing out of the achieve more rewards. First off the rewards, for the other stuff you do earn you significantly more. The 50 points quest you were getting was a small amount and was not registering on the app. The Reward app is made more longer quests.
If the reward is small then that is fair game for it to be moved somewhere else. It was not registering well on the app so they moved it to the more reliable Gamepass Quest which works like a charm.

Hi fi rush is a fantastique game, that is a full package of an action game that we have been accustomed to in the post multiplayer era.
The extra modes on the side was a breath of fresh air.
