No, It was MS who designed it together with AMD, that's why it was paid in billions.
There has been a reason why MS didn't give exact GPU specs and declined to have dGPU. From what insiders say, xbox one have one large GPU split in few parts and scattered around SOC, working in stereo driver, something you would see in dual gpu setup. They are supposed to come clear by the end of this month. Let's wait and see.

Well then, certainly no games are showing it yet. When the power will be shown I'll get a ps4. So far from what hands on say we got low settings bf4 at 720p, driveclub at 30 fps, killzone that runs only slow mp in 60 fps (sp which is what I liked about KZ is onlu 30fps), Infamous looks just ok, Klank is last-gen totally, watch dogs in last ps4 demo looks much worse than e3, jaggies low res and awful shadows (look at the further scenery shadows!) Agreeing with the verdict. Still playing oblivion...my longest save got over 500 hours and I didn't even start the main quest after getting out of the sewers. Skyrim was cool at the beggining but then it got too easy...and I hate being this superman like dovakin is. I forced myself to finish main story and most of sidequests in Skyrim, after that I left it...I've put maybe 50 hours in the game
How is Driveclub more nextgen than forza? haha...it's just a racer with nothing new. Forza not only bring beautiful graphics but also awesome cloud integration.
