Crazy idea but how about we wait until the game is released and then we can talk about success or failure.
VR support tossed in for the big franchise games will make the headset feel like a gimmick. Games need to made from the ground up specifically for VR. It's nice to see Sony taking that approach with Morpheus.
This article is complete fanboy trash and nothing more. Move along, nothing to see here.
There was no problem with the internet before "they" decided there was one. "Net neutrality" is a bogus name just like most legislative titles. It's not what we'll get. This is nothing more than a government power grab to control the internet, not free it up. Always be wary of the slippery slope. They get this garbage passed under the guise of equality and fairness and then the "filters" start popping up. You guys in the UK should know this one sinc...
Agreed. One of the better articles I've read in a while.
and in 7 days we'll be hearing all the X1 fanboys saying X% is an acceptable failure rate. Deal with it. Nothing is manufactured to perfection.
Polygon has zero credibility in my book so their review is irrelevant.
Without knowing the amount of content in Ground Zeroes and the price point of the Phantom Pain it's a bit too early to start the handwringing.
Fun commercial. Brings back a lot of memories.
I get the feeling the black guy was only hanging out with the white guy to play his Sony consoles.
Do a quick search on newegg or TD and you'll see 95% of the 2.5" 1TB drives are 5400.
"Company director Neil Muspratt told CVG on Tuesday that most customers were pleased to be paying more"
lol, I seriously doubt that.
@Blomman79 There might be a few subtle changes but to insinuate that MS will somehow trump the PS4 specs is really a stretch.
The character model is definitely very sexy but it breaks the immersion for me. It's ridiculous to think anybody would go into a combat zone in a bikini and thong. Not to mention the LBE she's wearing would rub her shoulders and waist raw!
After getting my hands on a Vita for the first time at Gamescom last week, I decided to buy one. I love it. I'm not much of handheld person but the Vita has me extremely impressed.
I'm surprised Sony hasn't offered the Vita with a free month of Plus. The Vita coupled with PS Plus is a ridiculous value. If Sony started pushing that value hard I think they'll sell more units.
I was able to try out the DS4 at Gamescom (not on Second Son)and I'm willing to bet you won't want to use the L1 and R1 buttons for shooting. The DS4 has a really great feel that has your index fingers rest naturally on the L2 and R2 triggers. It's shocking how much nicer the DS4.
@Elite24Gamer
I was agreeing with everything you said until you showed your true colors as an xbot with the "IndieStation 4" and the "can't afford the Xbox one" I stopped reading after that. Let me continue with the appropriate, non fanboy conclusion.
No matter which console you choose(or you may choose both)just enjoy the games, enjoy the experience and enjoy the fun. Piss on the fanboys and trolls. Everybody should be thrilled ...
This article is nothing more than click whoring and is grounded in zero fact.
The "journalist" didn't handle the conversation professionally. Yosh said everything was correct but.... Then the so called "journalist" goes on to henpeck about not having strong support for the ps4 camera? Typical tabloid journalist BS. Yes I know IGN is not a tabloid but that doesn't mean the hacks they hire as journalists aren't.
Um, ya. It does.
I just don't understand how anybody over the age of 13 can be into something like this. That song and dance was really creepy.
