PS3 is already flooded for the first 3 months. I know about about to spend 120 this month alone. and another 120 next month.

It has nothing to do with hardware on this. Capcom and M$ have made some big deal money contracts. And they still haven't revealed the game they're workin on for natal.
Over on Capcom Unity site they said they would be reviving some old franchise for Natal but I dunno what it is.
But Im pretty sure this will be an 360 exclusive because CAPCOM has been bed buddies with MS since this generation began.

That Folklore, being a launch title still has better graphics and game play than the majority of games coming out right now.
Put your player character somewhere close to a wall and turn the camera so it gets in real close. Look at the textures on the closes and the detail on the face and hair.
And there's never any slow down or lag in the game at all.
AND THIS IS A LAUNCH TITLE. All games should have the work ethic behind them that Folklore does.

It doesn't make sense to downgrade the game that much when it was already up and running in better quality.
It seems that the cut scenes have been with replaced with some "in-game" models.

You gotta give it up, it's come a long way. The PS3 seems to be a lot "quicker" as well, if you will.
I think the 360 might trump it in load times though. From the gameplay videos loading the co-op mode seems to take about 20 seconds or something but after it loads those times seem to dwindle back down.
You can't be an industry trend setter if you just copied what was already done.
If you do that, that means your product is a fad and soon fades away. It doesn't stick around 20+ years and heading for 10 more(and that's just in the Playstation Brand).
