blueray still cant do what hddvd does(web enabled features etc. also hddvd looks better, we all know this. hddvd also has porn and soon they will have the last 2 studios coupled with cheaper players cheaper movies and then you have hddvd winning. its true
im not favoring one side or another but the facts are that hddvd is getting bigger, more studios will sign, and now its only 2 studios left, a cheaper hddvd player and cheaper hddvd movis will outpace blueray soon enough. I know its hard for you ps3 lovers to understand but the ps3 alone wont save blueray.
I own a ps3 so i could care less, i just want one clear winner but go back to betamax and vhs and think, why did vhs win.

im having fun with it so i wont complain, it is to easy though, very easy.
My only problem is this, yes its harder to make ps3 games, and alot easier on the 360, so the 360 gets the nod, more games will be made on the 360 this time becuase its easier to dev for and the ps3 is alot harder to dev for, also its cheaper to make a the same game on the 360 and they also save money using dvd plus ms gives more then sony does.
That will keep happening, but im sure in a year or 2 multi plat games will come out on the same day if not sooner then the time i esti...

well ign gave it a 9.4 so its a aaa for me, im getting this and uncharted, the other games just odnt do it for me, eye of judgment is not fun for me, ut3 is not my cup of tea but i will at least give that a try but for haze i will wait and see how its reviewed becuase that one might bea stinker.
well this is a day1 purchase, finally i will be able to clean off the ps3 after the shortest game in the world HS, im happy to hear that it looks as good as the videos, color me impressed.
this and uncharted are on my list, is there anything besides these 2 games coming that are eclusive, or is every other game a ulti game that will appear side by side on the 360.

stop with the clones, all games derive form other games, then theres genres. theres been 200 fps games in the last few years, so does that mean they are clones, no thats called the same type of game in that genre.
nayway the game looks great, great lighting, fast, and solid , i dont like the zoom feature but ill hold my judgement.

thats another thing , like a post above, i dont care what tricks they use to make a game look photrealistic or look amazing, thats not tricks ot me, thats better devving, better devs learn the system and learn new techniques , so those tricks are actually new technioques that make the image appear better, ill take that over a dev that cant make better graphics anyday, as long as the gameplay is good.
If it looks as realistic as people say and it plays well then whats the problem, great graphics and good gameplay and im fine, as long as its nota boring racer then why not.

the premium is 49 dollars cheape rthen the ps3 40 gig, thats not a big difference when you add the fact the premum only has 20 gigs and has no high def drive or wifi nor does it have a high def movie player.
So right now the 399 ps3 deal blows away the premium 360 deal, then add the fact 50 bucks for online and you have 2 systems at 399 but the sony systems offers much much much more and while yes the 360 has the games in the next 6 months sony will have game after game coming,...
well ive been waiting for this and it came true.
Sony will now dominate, if ms thought it was all cool and all to stick to the 399 premium for 2 years and sell then sony can use this 399 40g to destroy ms little by little.
AT 399 you get wifi and blueray and 40 gigs and free online, that will drop to 349 by summer.
with the premium at 349 you get 20 gigs and nothing else. no wifi, no high def.
So my prediction is this holiday the 40 ...

if blueray wins, great, then i know what format to start my full collection with, if hddvd wins then i will ocntinue with that collection but until then most are unsure and dont start buying tons of one format, no one wants to get screwed by choosing the wrong format.
