Just because there are good games released for it doesn't mean that they wouldn't have been released on ps4 instead.
So they get nothing?
@DarthZoolu Just saying 240 hz refresh rate shows that you know nothing about framerates. There aren't any commercially available monitors that display above 144 hz as of yet.
And no shit you won't see a difference on your tv, watching shows at 24 fps no matter the screen refresh rate is still 24 fps.
Once you play a twitch-based game like counter strike or COD on a 120 fps monitor then you'll understand the difference.
That's the thing with cryengine, you don't need to work hard to make it look good.
Doesn't look all that good tbh. Compared to Unreal demoes and current infamous/order 1889 demos and gameplays this looks pretty mediocre in comparison.
Probably because they don't have uncompressed audio (looking at you titanfall) or a lot of videos (max payne 3).
If it's a good game worth $60 then yes. I'd rather take this than a shitty game with singleplayer and multiplayer.
You can only mod an old engine so much. In way less time, you could make skyrim look amazing if you somehow port it to unreal engine 4 or cryengine 3.
