Seemingly Miyazaki had conflicted feelings about Bluepoint’s Demons Souls Remake. IMO all Miyazaki Souls games could learn from Bluepoint’s aesthetic approach/detail/refinement of the originals.
Sour grapes
Every sequel builds upon the successes of previous games. Bluepoint had many games they rebuilt. In which they could have developed sequels to. Sony & Bluepoint should have seen the obvious in front of their eyes. The base assets were all already built. This is an example of severe Managerial failure
Sony should have proceeded with Bluepoint remaking Bloodbourne. Or even had the sense to get Bluepoint to make a sequel to Demons Souls. Through the broken Giants gate. It was all thereto build upon.
Idiots
Sony should commit to sticking with PSVR2 on the PS6. Its great tech. Build up its library & bring down the price over time. This will gather more consumer support. As for PSVR3? That's jumping the gun if PSVR2 doesn't establish a greater market draw.
Does this mean Microsoft is going to invest more into VR games? If so. Will they be porting to PSVR2?
It's TRAGIC that so many talented people within the gaming industry, Are been made redundant. Because multi-billionaires/ millionaires are putting increased profit. Before the very people. Who created the products that built up their global wealth. Unionisation should happen. To ensure this people's jobs are properly protected.
I wanted Milo to play Demons Souls with me😢
How can this be COMPLETE when there’s going to be a Last of Us lll ?
It would be great to have RE7 & RE9 on PSVR2. As VR is the best Platform for Survival Horror. If in doubt? Try it.
Alien Rogue Incursion on PSVR2 is a far superior version. Lighting/Particle effects/Enviromental Detail far greater than Meta. ARI is a good experience. That's worth building upon in a sequel. Hopefully exploring the original (& Alien Isolation) aesthetic. 7.5/10
The Order 1886 was too ambitious for its time. It should be a 2-4 mp. With investigative elements. Rather than looking at Victorian goods in 3d administration. Combat also needed to be expanded. Beautiful graphics & lighting with sluggish animations. Deserves a sequel on today’s hardware
Sony Put Killzone 2 campaign & multiplayer in VR & I will buy a PSVR2
I remember the days when people ACTUALLY played games before criticising them. Why do folks feel the need to suck the joy out of gaming???
No publisher/developer has managed to compete with Activision’s COD. So could technically make a better & more in-depth FPS. But its sales & following wouldn’t come close to COD & its ongoing MP user base.
Halo could’ve, but Microsoft failed to develop its franchise & existing user base.
Days Gone was one of the BEST last gen games. As for reviews? Gavin was absolutely right. You could tell some reviewers hadn’t played the game through to completion.
Just like Rico’s swearing in Killzone 2. I guess in times of war. You’re not aloud to swear. Well F that
Microsoft have the money to compete for exclusive. But this type of investment/exclusivity would break the economic’s of the game pass model.
Killzone built around KZ 2 MP has so much potential. Character classes skill based can be expanded with inner team bonus co-op.
Hostage/civilian rescue.
Propaganda drop/push & destroy (creating boosts)
Area clearance & defence fort creation.
Ship crash rescue/plunder
Drop ships & tank AI on battlefield
There’s one sure way Sony could get me to buy a PSVR2 at launch, & that would be to have Alien Isolation 1 & 2 on PSVR2
Fingers crossed 🤞
I personally had no issue with Day’s Gone. It was an excellent game with excellent game loops. It’s environmental setting was great to. Motorbike mechanics brilliant. Always challenging & authentic to its setting.
I expect the TV series will be better than TLOU series
If ND’s Last of Us Online game. Had free roaming infected. Changing weather/seasons & environments. This game could have been legendary. Team missions. Group resource management. Base building & defence. It would have been brilliant
