my theory is that it's getting better not only because of the Xbox fans but also because of the Sony because their loud critique of the systen is louder than the ones for their own system. well that is just my theory on things and good thing that Microsoft is giving out these updates to make the system better. Yes. The right price should be $475. We have yet to see the magical 50% more power or even 30% the most that makes sense would be 15% or 20% at the most. Most people see the Price not the value. As an Xbox fan I refused to pay $500 for the console itself. I waited and got it for $474 plus a game free thats the way it should be. People down play the kinect but it does come in very handy.
