Does anyone here actually have a brain? It wont double the performance of X1, it will double the performance of the CPU, there's a difference. You can downplay DX12 all you want however your say isn't going to stop it from coming out. I can see people are scared because this might actually make people think they brought the wrong console for power in a couple years.

AMD, NVidia and Intel all say it will double CPU speeds, the X1 has a AMD CPU, just like PCs. Why wouldn't it double CPU speeds if there able to balance each core?

This goes to show how sad this website is and the fanbase following it are. Honestly how can a Console with limited tech able to play games better then a machine with no limits? Even bad ports to PC run better on PC like GTA4 which still offered 1080p+ and 60frames+. Its crazy talk spoken by crazy people trying to get hits. PC games can run as good as you want them too if you have the hardware to support it.

Deadlight is a great game. Own it on Steam and its amazing. It came out before TLOU and makes TLOU look like a copy. No joke play it and see for yourself.
My GPU cant do 4k yet, I have a 4k TV, I am waiting to upgrade my GPU to one that will do it. Ill play it at 1080p for now but the fact I can play it in 4k down the road is something worth the investment.

You havnt done your research. WiiU has 2gigs of DDR3 ram, once Sony found out they doubled it to 4gigs for there PS4. After hearing news from MS saying they will be using 8gigs for the XB1, Sony then changed there Ram to 8gigs and GDDR5. They wanted to have the most powerful product on the market.
So you should be thanking MS for raising the standards this gen, because if XB1 wasn't released with its specs you would be playing PS4 games using less then 4gigs rather then 8...
Gamers have to understand this gen the only differences you will notice will be the resolution and framerate. If your expecting one version to have a lot more detail or more effects then you have entered gaming industry in the wrong generation. Its not like the PS2 vs Gamecube era where the Gamecube could do 8 effects per polygon compared to the PS2's 1 effect per polygon.

The problem with your understanding is you base power around hardware. Like an Engine with more Horse Power. Yes on paper the engine with more HP is going to be faster. However in this case where X1 has weaker Hardware there GPU has more benefits then the Sony's GPU. With the addition of DX12/DX3D12 exclusive to MS and Azure Cloud hanging around the corner. PC will have the lead platform. All COD games offer the best experience on PC. History will repeat it self again because the PC will again have the superior looking version and controls regardless if Activision say they change lead platform to PS4.
