He's not actually offering $1000, he seems pissed at either getting spam mail all the time or he got his account -stolen- by taken a spam mail seriously and wants revenge.
WoWaccountadmin@ is a very common spam mail address which wants you to click deplorable links by claiming things about your account.

Small lower resolution monitors doesn't need excess detail to look detailed and it would be a waste of space to use uncompressed sound for portable gaming.
