Well this is coming from EGM not exactly from PSU. PSU was just quick to report on it. I have the magazine now, and the Quartermann rumor is in there.
Namco will probably announce it at E3 in accordance to the God of War III teaser that will probably show there.
Jaffe and his team at Eat, Sleep, Play are creating Twisted Metal PS3 as Jaffe is the one that announced it.
That would be a good move on their part especially if they market the hell out of the price drop during the holidays.
