Not really, they aren't more vunurable since a simple firmware update could easily fix the problem by changing the boot sequence, making the millions of PSN members update and destroy the hack.
Once a update comes out, there will be no chance of any form of hack, unless somehow the PS Jailbreak is updated.
What makes the PS3 more harder is also the fact that it has Blu Rays, instead of DVDs (which just about everyone has).
