All the numbers are cited from verifiable third party sources. They were not pulled out of anybody's a--. The content o the article was approved by the publication and they said the only reason for the firing was due to complaints from publishers and developers.

Totally agree. Whether you agree with Hinkley or not, publishers shouldn't have the power to get someone fired because they didn't like what he wrote. Examiner should have simply tasked another writer with writing a counter article.

If PS4 is taking the lead over Xbox One, then Dreamcast took the lead over PS1 because the taglines were exactly the same. PS1 was future of entertainment. Dreamcast was future of gaming. Sony showed other forms of entertainment on PS1. Dreamcast focused just on games. How did that turn out, again?
The PS4 actually has not yet been created. Remember they showed Watch Dogs? It was admitted that game was running on a PC with "similar specs." Why not run it on a PS4? Because the PS4 doesn't exist yet. It is still just an idea. That is why you have never seen it.
