this is a call to all Japanese devs and publishers; please return to what you do best - to your classics and fundamentals that made RE and RE2 so awesome and thrilling (silent hill too). that made Shadow of the colossus and FF7 so intriguing and captivating
Kojima is the only one who still does a very decent job. MGS5 is going to amaze us like MGS4 did for me anyway :)

Yep as in Just Cause 2, creating a whole MP experience out of a single player game. that can support on top of that about a 1000 players no sweat :D
EA tried that a while ago on Bad Company <if anyone can remember> then petitions and outrage broke out; by the time everybody forgets and here we go again. They keep believing that you can merge the free to play model with the full price retail games. confusing to say the least.

Let's hope this positive pro-consumer approach spread and becomes the obvious and only acceptable business model - because let's face it, games don't come cheap nowadays and if on top of that we get them sliced down to DLCs or restricted based on whether you're online or not and so forth... that's gonna simply kill the envy of every gamer to support the devs that usually don't have anything to do with their publishers evil practices.
