Wow lol. There were rumours MGS4 was gonna go to Xbox, and that still hasn't happened. People got all hyped about the Mgs touch game website being mgs4 or a new mgs game for Xbox, that was a flop.
I guess when you say that about every Mgs game that gets announced, you get one right eventually. But don't make it sound like this was the first time that someone thought that an mgs game was going multiplat.

I personally believe that Rising is about Raiden's son, Jack. At the end of MGS4 you see him waving around a toy katana, and hear him say how cool he thinks his dad is, kind of like a super hero. Not to mention he has white hair and brown eyes. Just guessing of course.
