It is still not "Confirmed" until Valve officially announce it.
I just watched today's Direct. I think I am going to postpone PS4 and get my kids and family a Wii U. There might not be a whole lot of games coming, but I like what is coming. I would get a PS4 if money was not so tight. I just feel for the family and for number of kid friendly games, Nintendo is hard to turn down.
I am going to have to support it. It's not like I won't end up with all new consoles anyway.
3rd party!? Nintendo is struggling to get first party out...
Correct me if I am wrong, but does the Gamepad not have a sensor bar built into the top front fascia?
I want MS Xbox to concentrate on giving us Core gaming experiences. I want them to focus on being a great gaming console and feature accessible gaming features. I do not want them to concentrate on giving us gimmicky niche accessories which fail to enhance core gaming. I want them to focus on bringing the features they have worked into the platform. I do not want the focus to be on taking over my remote controls and being a media center, nor do I want them to lose focus and try to push expens...
Is HL3 even being made? Doom and Gloom and it hasn't even been announced. lol
I'm sorry I forgot.. we are not allowed personal opinions any longer.
MS seem to lack focus.
WOW.. it is open? Strange and good?! This changes my thought all together as it would be possible at some level to also be applied to the consoles. Am I correct in this?
I would rather the development costs and time go into bringing current HD to it's pinnacle. Cinematic video recorded in HD is quite impressive and beautiful on current HD displays. It takes one heaping hell of a lot of power to just take current tech from HD to 4K but the end result is not a whole lot different unless your face is in the screen.
I think the technical output could bring us much more than higher density pixels at this point.
SteamOS in intended as an "open" system. How can a closed API be a good fit for a Linux based Steam?
Good OLD days. Lets leave it in the past and bring architecture together so consoles and PC games aren't on different planets for developers.
OH F*&# YEAH! He is probably SO F@#@ing pumped about @!#$ this! New F#@$ing IP #@@$ from #@$%$ Jaffe is $@$@#! #!$#!@ !@#$@
Seriously though, Jaffe is talented and intelligent. Can't wait to see what he puts on the table.
Who here remembers the day when you saw the word "Unified" as an important tag when looking at a new PC video card?
Please let the mass of PC gaming quickly end up on Linux or SteamOS!
Tell that to tablet owners who have gone from sub HD screen resolutions to HD screen resolutions.
You can most definitely see the difference on small screens. Unless you are blind.
Did you get time to read that?
Are you asking us or telling us?
I disagree. There is a divide. A gap between Game and Film. These games are just thee first to comers of what will become the bridge in the divide.
They absolutely have their place, right between game and cinema.
...and I am told I make foolish statements?
