I rekon it'l be announced at E3, along with all the feature set of Premium PSN, and cross game chat and stuff will be for the premium PSN.
After all, its being confirmed time and time again its in the works, so logically, it would be a MAJOR selling point for premium PSN.

Who the hell made up the term "Console Exclusivity" or "MS Exclusivity", its PLATFORM exclusivity END OF STORY. Nothing else counts, whether its PC, PS3, XBOX or Wii, if the same game is on more then 1 platform it is NOT exclusive.
Long story short, the 360 couldn't handle constant 720p. The bots who were feeling all happy a few days ago because it was confirmed to be running in the norm for PS3 games are now heartbroken and pissed off.
Ok, well lets say 5% of PS3's sales are from blu-ray... and over 33% of XBOX ones are from errors. Factoring out the one year lead aswell, the PS3 should have taken over the 360 a LONG time ago.
