I compared them to each other because a month ago PS3 was being sold more but the Wii U is now selling more. Im showing that the Wii U sales are improving. But of course, it is not selling as good as it should.

Its 42 less i believe :). Mario games continue to sell well like NSMBU is still in the top 30 or 40 a week in US, and Japan.
Actually, Super Mario 3D World did cause a spike in Wii U sales by around 6k. The Vita only sold 42 more units than Wii U. Oh and this is Japan, the only gaming that exists there is handheld. Wii U has sold more than PS3 in Japan for 4 weeks straight.
As for North America. I am not sure that SM3DW will make the top ten list because of the XB1 because everyone who bought a XB1 will buy its games so some games will sell 400 or even 700k. I cant wait to see how well SM3DW did. I...

I just used the review to show people that a Nintendo can get a high score like any other game. I wouldnt argue with you if I did not play Super Mario 3D World but I do play it and it is great.
I respect your opinion and the authors but Miyamoto should not retireat a time like this because of the Wii U situation.

The writer nailed it except fir the Gamepad less Wii U. The Wii U is all about U hence Wii "U". They gamepad gives u a great experience.
Sales by end of 2013:
Wii U(already sold 3.9 million): 6-8 million
PS4: 3-4 million
XB1: 3-4 million
I think PS4 and XB1 numbers will freeze for a while because of lack of games in early 2014, like what happened with Wii U. The Wii U sold like 3 million by end of 2012, and froze for the next 6 months.

Those are really good numbers, but XB1 will get around the same amount sold the first day. Launch doesnt tell you everything because everyone who pre-ordered the PS4 got it day one.

Interest isnt there because advertising isnt. Nintendo released LoZ WWHD and Wii Party U with a price cut in October and did not advertise much and sold 300k in one month. Wait till SM3DW and SSB4 and MK8 and X come out then we will see how it goes.
What Nintendo is doing now Is good for short and long run. They are going for casuals. Are there more casuals or core gamers? Obviously casual because a billion people play games on phones or tablets so they are only casuals. If Nintendo attracts casual gamers then those casuals that dont play xbox or ps become hardcore Nintendo gamers and will buy the next Nintendo console and their games. This happened to all of us when we began to game and are now core gamers.

The Wii U is inferior to PS4 and XB1 but do you know by how much? Shin'en, an indie developer, is using 4k textures for their new game with only using one core.
