The Bad
"It's the same Pokemon formula you've seen before."
Wow, they took that many points off just for that?!
That's just ridiculous. And you're right, how come so many shooters out there, most notably black ops, get to ride the repetitive wave without major scrutiny?
Yep, the community can be a powerful factor in the success of games.
I just wish all developers would listen.
You know, you'd think that, after multiple iterations into developing the cod series, the developers would have gotten a hang of their own game by now in terms of technical issues and being able to know the matchmaking issues like the back of their hand.
However, this isn't the case and I just can't figure out why it takes the developers such a long time to iron these issues out.
:/
The games feel like they belong in the ba...
Lol, you got Prcko there.
I love DICE more than ever now.
:D
Hmm, I'm actually glad bungie's moving away from their FPS-centric career. This could be pretty awesome if they get it right.
At least most of the glaring bugs are gone now. The kill-cams are still glitchy, meleeing is still a little off, and the hit-detection is still a bit off. Bullets take like a few milliseconds to register, even if you're shooting at the ground directly below you.
I understand if this works with far-shots, but the fact that it's happening even in close-encounters is frustrating.
Haha, that's awesome.
I am hoping for a little emotional encounters here and there though. Still, it's good to know the gameplay is solid and takes the best of zombie games and meshes it all together here.
:D
'One of the most intense, emotional experiences of 2011'.
Sweet! Now I definitely can't wait!
I actually like this Jun better than the final one.
My jaw's on the floor right now after seeing that footage.
Pretty nice trailer.
I really hope the atmosphere and story remain intense and down-to-earth throughout.
No super-man CoD stuff.
Too bad they sided with Activision...
I know Activision is just bungie's publishing partner and nothing more, but you never know what Activision has up its slimy hands nowadays.
Yes, it's still working.
That rocket bit at the beginning was pretty awesome. This will surely pull me back into Reach. I've been playing oblivion and fable too much anyways.
Looks good so far, though I just wish a better line-up of launch games was available.
Really wonderful art right there. Skyward sword, come on down!
I'd say the menus take a little getting used to, but I found navigating to be pretty damn slick after a while.
I say getting used to because I'm a former iphone user, however the windows phone team seem to have nailed down wp7 in terms of features and quality.
I do.
:D
Yeah, I thought they were releasing a multiplayer demo or something??
I really hope that comes into fruition.
