You are correct, there are few games that can handle high frame rates and keep the same quality of the graphics.
That's the same reason I get my "social" games on Xbox 360, no one I know plays shooters on PS3.

Agreed, the avatars aren't worth the extra price.
We wanted to include this in our Top 10 but it was so hard with all the other games coming out next year.
Maybe thats why all these awesome games are coming out next year hahaha
