Didn't crytek say all versions were gonna be the same, didn't they say they were working hard on that, and that the console versions didn't suffer. I'm pretty sure they said these things at E3.
I've had every sony playstation there was no hesitation for me, when they said there was a ps3 i said gimme. Just like whenever they come out with another one I'll buy that too.(hopefully it's not for a few more years.)
Yes, in every FPS there is the good guys and bad guys and you often play as the bad guys. Try not think about it so much and just shoot someone in the face, that's what it's really all about.
They could announce uncharted 3, or what if they get the Gears of War franchise, people say left 4 dead is already on it's way to PS3. Heavenly Sword 2 could be epic. An exclusive MGS game. Sony already has a fantastic year lined up so what ever else the give us is just Frosting.
My suggestion is not to steal this game, MS will most likely ban the people that have it early.
Besides that if you're a real fan of the game you will want to pay for it so the people that made it get what's coming to them.
So be honest how many people are still looking forward to this thing coming out?
@shadow flare is right it would cost me at least 200 to 250 dollars to play Mass Effect 2 on a 360, but now I won't mind spending 60(if that is what the release it for)Besides The DLC that has come out for it is included so we already get a bonus.
The real fact is that it should have never been exclusive Mass Effect is a great franchise and as many people as possible should be able to play it, and PS3 fans will enjoy a good Modern, RPG syle, action game.
It's Molyneux he's basically a MS puppet, I'm not surprised by his comments. All he ever seems to talk about is how great the xbox 360 is.

Who says there will be a massive install, God of War 3 didn't need one.
Bioware says that they will do something to help introduce it to sony fans so playing mass effect one isn't that important...(i did play it on the 360 when i still had one)
Finally anything that can be done on the 360 can be done better on the PS3 if the devs take the time to make it that way.

@SOAD Uncharted 2 looks better than every other game on your list. So does God of War 3.
Red Dead does not look better than Infamous at all.

MGR is coming out what 2 3 years after MGS4 it should look better.

Last year 92% of games sold were hardmedia, and only 8% digital, it will probably be a long time coming for the industry to go Digital.
Piracy yes, used games no, Used games are games that I want to play but will not pay full price for, Some games take forever to drop in price at most retail places, so buying used is a good way to save some cash. I buy plenty of games at full price so I'm pretty sure I give the devs, and publishers 'nuff of my money.
Sony is doing amazing things and it shows there software sales are up and there console sales are up. There are so many great games coming out I might have to file for unemployment just to get enought time to play them.
I don't think this IP coming to PS3 means anything too 360... If they lost Halo, or Gears, then Maybe... also there still not saying weather or not Mass Effect 3 will be multiplat or not. My guess is that MS 360 will still get it first.

It turns out this is actually confirmed for Janurary 2011 giving the 360 exclusivity for one year. Bioware said it themselves; Now the only question is will they package both One and Two on the same disc, or will we only get ME 2... Oh, I guess one more question will ME 3 be out for everything at the same time, or will they still give it to 360 community First.
@outrageous, actually more people are PSN memebers then are xbl members. And you don't have to sign up for psn + it's optional, you can still enjoy everything they used to offer for free.
