You get the point. In terms of retail titles we need more emphasis on New IP's read the thread below. I am not the only one that feels that way the list above proves it.
Note this is not a knock on on remasters since I am going to be playing the Last of Us and a few of my boys want to run the full campaigns on Halo to bring all of us up to speed before Halo 5. I also wouldn't mind playing Devil May Cry.

I don't think there is an issue with remastered games. I believe gamers want see more new IP's or at least an equal amount of New IP's to go along with remastered games.

This is what the year is projected to look like with even more titles announced at E3, Gamescom and TGS. Every day Xbox One is turning back into the Original Xbox when it was games first and everything else second.

You are right it is to early to assume what the holiday can bring since E3 will give us more insight. What is baffling is how many gamers have consistently confused sales with overall lineup of games. Also, how many keep saying that MS provides games for the holidays when you look at it we are already in April and MS has provided some solid titles.

There no doubt that Halo is a system seller.
As long as there are great games ahead like Forza 6, Halo 5, Fable legends and TombRaider I am good. Third party games are going to be awesome so we are good.

The incentive is that my primary system being Xbox One has all the great games that I want so I don't have to look else where.

Phil is an all around likeable guy. He has definitely turned Xbox back into the Original Xbox when it was games first and everything else second just thinking about the lineup coming up and it is easily one of the best lineups I seen in gaming History.

Both systems have there strengths and weaknesses. In terms of Sales sony wins in terms of the most highly rated franchises published by first party this generation Microsoft, in terms of the most multiplayer based games Microsoft, in terms of most first party games online and retail, software updates, online and overall experiences hands down MS. For those that don't know the MS published titles

Its a slow and steady generation so far letting us gamers have a voice is a start. MS just keep providing solid Games and you will walk away this generation with a Victory gamers always remember the best games not the amount of units sold. A steady stream of games being Old and New IP's is the way to go. Also, show leadership and innovation that is what MS is known for.
I will definitely enjoy this game Xbox One had some fantastic games in March ScreamRide, Ori and the blind forest, Forza Presents Fast and Furious and Now Neverwinter Dungeons and Dragon.
