I own both and I think everyone should get everything. That goes for preorder bonuses, special edition DLC, everything (and eventually, timed-exclusives are ok in my book as long as the publishers let the people know up front when they'll come out).

Multiple reasons, but mostly because of how high they charge for DLC. It's not really about what the value is or isn't, but that they have the nerve to charge more than the standard price, and therefore making the industry standard come up.
