I don’t expect atlus games to come to Xbox, but it’s kind of insulting they include stadia which has next to no one on the platform, over Xbox.
45million vs a couple hundred thousand?
Between flight simulator and plagues tale, it’s one heck of a talented studio for sure. They’d be crazy not to at least discuss it
They weren’t forced. The studio actually voted on whether to work on gears or not. Gears won the majority
@travestyj
Oh yeah? They likely went to London? So they all just picked up and moved 4hrs away? Why say stuff when you have no clue
Well, nintendo came in last on the 8th gen console, and it has a 50 million head start, so yeah. It will win the gen, but it’s not really a fair comparison. Nintendo does its own thing
Sony has closed a bunch of studios this gen, but I think Sony London is safe. They had a hit with blood and truth
Remember there’s inflation though. $299 in the year 2000 is now approximately $450.
Companies are reluctant to drop the prices like they were in previous generations because there’s just no money to be made at that point
Don’t worry. There are people here that will turn this into a negative
You are so out of touch if you think this will be playing during the super bowl
If google was smart, they would’ve formed a studio prior to announcing stadia so they could have some kind of exclusive near launch.
Stadia now has 2 studios. They bought typhoon studios who just released their new game and they have Jade Raymond’s studio.
That means it will be a minimum of 3 years before stadia even has a first party exclusive. That’s unacceptable. Imagine if Sony or Microsoft went 3 years without an exclusive
Yeah I don’t think it will win goty, but we saw Celeste recently stand with the big boys, so I can see this alongside that game.
I believe celeste was nominated alongside GOW and red dead.
It’s not likely to win against cyberpunk/last of us, but it can be nominated at least
Can’t wait. Possible goty contender right here
If it’s really a mix of for honor and overwatch, I’m in. Game looks like a solid smaller title
They already have two racing franchises. Not gonna happen
I disagree on fable. The thing that made the previous fables so great was the British charm. That’s something that playground can bring a lot better than a SoCal studio
Maybe they don’t want to be purchased.
When you said day-one, I thought you thought it was a “day-one” title
Those people were incredibly dumb, because they specifically said they had that project on the shelf long before the acquisition. Microsoft coming in, allowed them to finish that
So where are the booming stadia numbers in Japan
