Now that i see this, I actually think XBONE actually did something right by including kinect. Developers HAD to use it. Not like on the 360 - where it was optional. I like the idea of VR, but if it's optional, it makes no sense to develop for it from a business stand point.

unless you guys play Second Life all the time, you'll realize that it'll be a cool feature that you'll be bored with pretty quickly, and then get back to the games you actually purchased.
i'm no 360/wii fanboy. i'm just saying it as it is. the nxe isn't cool. it's just whatever. does it change my perception of the overall 360? no.
the analyst is accounting for people buying the consoles for christmas. all fanboys have already bought themselves their system of choice, so this is mainly towards casual gamers, or parents buying their kids something.
