Sorry but thats just not true. I finished MM, my brother finished it and my cousins are playing it at the moment and not one issue. Not even one.

I don't understand what people like you expect from a sim racing game. GT doesn't need exaggerated speed nor NOS or ridiculous jumps. Racing is technical and serious. GT is not your weekend car meet.
So according to you all racing games have bad graphics because GTs is the best looking and it's not even close.
The final product has always been outstanding and as far as driver feel and attention to detail it is unmatched. Even the menu screens are a work of art.
During ps1 and ps2 days I hated gran turismo but fell in love after 5 and 6. Is funny how anecdotes work both ways.
Don't hate the game because you became a casual.
