Yes , FarCry 1 was the first to use the open jungle setting, then Crytek "the developer of FC1" used the same setting in Crysis but added a SCi-Fi twist on top of it.
Ubisoft in the other hand just ripped everything from those two games without adding any innovation whatsoever.
the large scale and mission planning are already present in FC1 and Crysis.
i really don't understand the excitement over this game.
I don't know about this game , i have no faith in Ubisoft , they always underdeliver as usual.

sorry, but when you have 10 years development time and a budget only the biggest studios in the world can dream of , and under-deliver in every aspect of the game, then there's something really wrong about your legitimacy as a developer.
and there is no way a sequel could be successful, because the Too Human 2 name is forever stained by the reputation of it's predecessor.
