The Witcher 3 is Number ONE on my list and just about every other list but Dark Souls 2 is no push over it's just that TW3 is a MONSTER.
I know Gamers have different taste but seriously an Open World RPG packs way more punch than a dungeon crawler. TRUE Dark Souls is not just any Dungeon Crawler but TW3 just has way more variable gameplay.

AMD CPU's have a hard time matching up with Intel's OLD Gen CPU's and don't even bother comparing a AMD to a NEW Intel.

Now what if you are a HUGE Halo fan then the XB1 is the proper choice.
Now granted I wish MS dumped Kinect and installed a Better GPU but it is what it is and the majority of good console games will be multiplats and multiplats will look the same across the consoles.
Now if SOny can convince Pubs to make the PS4 better by utilizing it's power then YES the XB1 will look not just bad but very bad.

I played Ryse and finished it, Love it. Although kinda repetitive but the RPG factor helps it along as learning new kills and combos break the repetitive gameplay
I played several hours of KZ:Sf before being bored by the SP and MP. It's MP is NOT my cup of tea but the SP is good but is just to linear feeling and repetitive but without an upgrade factor.

DayZ Stand Alone - Open World Zombie Survival Simulator

There is NO such thing as Software Physx!
Physx is a proprietary function of Nvida GPU's and is all Hardware based.
You can run physx through a AMD GPU, actually the process gets off-loaded to your CPU and thus your CPU gets bogged down and you take a HUGE performance hit and not all Physx features work through a CPU.
Now you do have "Software Physics" notice the spelling as it matters a lot. We have always had Software Physics....
The Witcher 2 had UberSampling which made it one of the best looking games ever but brought my GPU's to their Knees.
Hopefully the Witcher 3 has Uber Sampling again but this time I will be ready as I plan on getting a pair of 14 tflop Maxwell cards.
