Rage has a nice pallet of colors and uses them nicely. Great portrayal of the open Southwestern theme. Crysis does the same thing with very bright and vivid colors although in New York which doesn't have super duper clean concrete like Crysis 2.
KZ3 has more colors this time round, not as vivid as Rage or Crysis but the atmosphere is all about death and despair so no happy happy joy joy colors which makes for an epic atmosphere. Sure these are all personnel preferences ...
I agree somewhat. I may be biased towards KZ3 cause it has the type of game play i want but KZ3 so far looks way better than Crysis 2. don't get me wrong Crysis 2 console looks all shiny and pretty, lots of colors but KZ3 has that realistic dirt and grime look to it plus the animation in KZ3 KILLS Crysis 2.

I don't know what you play on or what you play but at the level I play on, this equipment is a must for MY Gaming Experience. Some are happy with consoles, some are happy with Dx9 but FOR ME I want the best gaming experience.

One of the key aspects that this review left out was Tessellation performance. They didn't show any Unigine Heaven 2.1 benchmarks which would allow you to see the difference when heavy Tessellation was applied. The GTX 560 beats the GTX 460 on average around 10 FPS during Unigine Heaven and also the GTX is the clear winner when 8xAA is applied.

Rockstar made the GTA series then the RDR series and now they are coming with L.A. Noir and what ever Agent is. I think being stagnate was good as it allowed enough time to come up with great ideas for "living City" games.

Metro 2033 or STALKER Call of Pripyat w/ complete mod or Arma II with the ACE mod 2 is way better IMHO becuase you get weather and all kinds of textures, not just palm trees. Besides I've seen Forged By Chaos and it looks better than Crysis 2 even though it uses the same Cryengine 3 but it's 100% PC DX11.

a Turbo Express is famous. At one time it was the greatest hand held device ever (as far a color and graphics) plus it was the first hand held to have a full version of Street Fighter 2 (even though it only had 2 buttons).
