I don't think this is news. The PS4 is stronger. I'd expect that the PS4 will have slightly to decently better graphics.
It will probably be a success, but the PS4 definitely looks like it's gonna win at this point.
I think what it means is it allows more flexibility. Like they may be able to dedicate some gpu/cpu tasks to do the others job. And the RAM can be allocated to any area they want it to be to run a game. This is true, and it's the big advantage of console optimization.

I think this guy is somewhat right. While all signs point to the PS4 killing the xbox one at this point, you never know what will happen. I'm 100% sure that PS4 will take Japan, 90% sure it will take Europe, and 70% sure it will take N. America (because of fanboys and the Buy American mentality). I know. I can't wait to see side by side comparisons. On paper the PS4 is clearly a lot stronger. It's the question if third parties will utilize it. Even if they're lazy and don't improve graphics, they could still up framerate.
