Honestly, I too think that Modern Warfare 2 is overhyped. Modern Warfare 2 is more of the same: reflex gaming, freekills (martyrdom), and an extremely linear single player. This is exactly what I was trying to explain. It doesn't matter if the game is actually good or not because it will sell regardless. As soon as a title includes those three words "Call of Duty" it will sell anyway, not to mention that IW also put "Modern Warfare" in the title as well.
