Just to clarify things not to hate, but the PS4 would be just a server for PSP Vita, tablets and phones to play PS4 games. What I mean is that you can't take those games anywhere either, just everywhere in the house. It's pretty much like Wii U.

The Lazyness would be the Call of Duty developer, well they are running out of steam so they have no excuse. They are doing all the above, so don't worry about it. I just hope Assassin Creed: Black Flag, has even better A.I. for next generation. Please Ubisoft don't make me face the enemy A.I. one by one, while a group of them stand there next in line to fight me lol!!! I really like how the A.I. can run up roof tops to chase you in Assassin Creed games, but I still think there is more room for better A.I. The Halo series has one of the best A.I. This game is missing that near pixar like graphic look, from Lost Planet 1 and 2 with motion blur. The evidence is in the Arkid themselves and the characters smooth movement like butter. It was all on the MT Framework Engine, but they choose the Unreal 3 Engine instead, which not all that anymore.
Guys these are early stages of development, the game will be much better when release. Just like Witcher 3, they probably didn't put in the new next gen features yet to make it look better graphically. This is probably running on DirectX 9.

I don't think this console generation is to blame, its the developers copying games like Call of Duty. Well let me explain.
