It's been more than a year since that damn announcement!! If anyone is to blame is sony, if PS3 didn't have such weak release ($599) the PS3's install base would be much bigger now and exclusivity wouldn't be as a risk as it was in 2008 imo.

Then I guess I will spend like 60-70 hours in this game xD I'm really slow with RPGs, Kingdom Hearts took me 40 hours, Persona 3 took me 140 and Tales of the Abyss is at 90 hours and I still don't finish it xD

Uh, 2nd party, my fault... The point is, they are independent from sony and they chose to work only with the PS3, just like valve and the PC and 360.
