@jackdoe- Yeah totally. We the consumers out there buying the games should pay to advertise them too.
Genre:action/rpg I imported from Playasia.com. Asian version full English support voices, subtitles, items everything in English. Except instruction booklet but it comes with a little sheet with controls and stuff in English. Graphically very good, sound and atmosphere very good IMO not mind blowing but I'm also not one to nitpick a game it's all very solid. Gameplay awesome different classes, stat building, weapon forging/upgrading,secrets etc. Combat can be unforgiving if you want to go throug...
Great list own them all. I understand why it's not on the list but it would be on mine is Demon's Souls. Since importing it(Asian version has full English support BTW) the game has done nothing but consume my time. I'd say if you're a King's Field, Vagrant Story or Castlevania:SotN fan definitely check it out if you can.
I picked up a copy a few days ago at my local Meijers out here in Cincinnati. Been playing it non stop splitting time between SP and Skirmish. War perfected hits the nail on the head. Not only in the SP but wait until you guys try the Skirmish mode and see the different classes at work. It's awesome. I think the MP maps are going to amaze some if not most of you. IMO they are the best I seen in any game. Not only looks but the layouts and atmosphere that brings them to life it's all sic and s...
Totally agree the music is excellent. The trailer is very impressive.
@oner- Yeah I read that comment and for sure if it was a problem we would have heard it from the MP beta testers,hands-on MP reviewers etc.
@frankenlife and oner- Problem with those videos is nobody plays games frame by frame or in slow motion. If there's a problem in the demo it sure isn't in mine. BTW reviews are in too no mention of this. If there was a problem it sure as hell would be mentioned. The controls in K2 are intended to have a more weighty feel to them. Actually you know what Play mag did mention something about the controls. Here you go "Using those guns takes more skill then your typical FPS,with attention to...
Warhawk 4ever the game is just too much fun.
Agree with heyheyhey the gameplay in Killzone 2 rocked. Atleast what I've played in the demo.
Ditto. BTW in the warehouse make the guy shooting from on top of the room up the stairs fall so you can try out a different gun. Try shooting him in the legs when he's near the edge to make him fall. Instead of walking through the doorway to end the demo. Toss a nade through the doorway to reveal more propane tanks and some nice environmental damage. Or go through the doorway guns blazing and listen to what your AI buddy says.
Been watching someone play this on justintv. It looks extremely hardcore. The guy has died so many times to even weak enemies. Looks to be right up my alley though awesome loot whoring, stat building, weapon forging, exploration etc. It's definitely not your run of the mill hack and slash RPG. Go into it playing that way and you will get served by anything even a mob you can 1 shot. Not sure how the online part works but it looked like you can invade someones game and fight them as a soul(don't ...
Looks absolutely awesome IMO. The combat is looking very sweet. This just makes the wait that much harder.
No doubt. Killzone 2 is a FPS though you get a much closer look at the detail. RE5 is good looking visually just not up to par in overall graphics and detail.
Awesome keep it coming :)
Amazing!
@strongbad1441- You are insane. When the game first shows you on the boat surrounded by water and then you dive under the sights are pretty stunning. Anything but last gen. The game is like this throughout with amazing environments. Sure TR isn't going for a realistic look it has it's own TR style in the art more so on character design. Personally I think it looks very good.
@JohnnyRotten- I totally agree. It's my favorite since TR1/Anniversary.
LBP DLC for sure :)
I like both but prefer God of War for it's better presentation. Both can be pretty difficult unless you learn the different attacks and learn how to approach certain enemies. Or you can button mash them to the end which can be very frustrating but still doable. I'll give Ninja Gaiden the edge in difficulty because you have to fight the camera at the sametime you fight the enemies. Regardless when a new one for either is released it's a day 1 purchase from me.
Awesome stuff! Day 1.
So let me get this straight the reason you pay for live is not only so you can actually play games online even though you already pay for an ISP to have online access but so you can pay for some free demos and pay for some DLC that you probably will have to pay for anyways? Sounds great where can I sign up or should I say bend over?
