However, to their credit they did acknowledge their faults and is offering compensation to those affected, even going so far as appoint techs to individuals that have been affected severely by this and getting the problem rectified. Taking a huge loss in the process.

Hmmm...while I love it when there are new JRPGs coming out; the whole school setting thing doesn't jive with me.
