I got it for the 10.99 uk price, and i had no problems.
The maps are pretty good, and there seems to be no glitches.

These days, ports are actually good on both systems unless it's a Ubisoft game, then it goes balls up.

This should be better for both PS3 and 360, but i'm concerned about PC games getting the shaft, like GTA4, and possibly Crysis 2.
