These machines will already be starting to be produced soon in factories. You have to remember they have picked the specs they wanted well into 2016 or maybe earlier and gain discount prices during negotiations making in the masses so they have a base price they can control.
My opinion is it will cost the same price as the first Xbox One when it arrived. It doesn't sell an extra camera and this machine still plays Xbox One games with premium features.
