I know ill get attacked for this, but the 360 is a bit more vibrant, deeper colors and has slightly better anti aliasing. The PS3 one is a bit more washed out. But the game is still amazing either way, the difference doesn't change the beauty of this game.
Just look at the buildings, the windows are noticeably darker on the 360 version.
