Nah, if you put FF 13 in exclusive Worldwide for PS3 then you will see a true game. GTAIV basically failed because of this.
If Sony handled GTAIV, and FF 13 along with DMC4 with these devs like last gen you would see an epic game.

I'm happy that Sony is spending more resources to make new IP's and great exclusives. They're a company that don't like to rehash a title 6-10 times and use it as a cash cow.
