Uncharted 2 does look fantastic. I wonder how the levels will be, though with a new person on board.
It's probably best if you actually click on the article and read what his role was in Naughty Dog. If you did, you'd know that it would probably blow your mind.
To sum it up, he's the reason Uncharted: Drake's Fortune looked so good.
You're totally right. That's why the 360 has over 40 games that have sold over 1 million copies, and they have the fastest selling game of all time on their console.
Are you serious? You think people buy a 360 just because it's cheap? Did it ever occur to you that people know about the Xbox 360? It's a mainstream product. When you hear about the 360, you know a few things:
Halo
Gears of War
Fable
Multiplatform Games
Xbox LIVE
Xbox LIVE A...
I want you to realize that the very thing that everyone made fun of about Microsoft and tapping into the casual audience, thus making them not even a competitor, is happening with this article. In fact, this is worse. There are some good Wii games, but I guarantee you that if they were to port Wii games to the PS3, it would mostly be shovelware. I'm about 90% sure on this.
Please god NO!
The reason I play my PS3 is for it's exclusives and not this TERRIBLE shovelware. I cant believe you would even want the majority of Wii games on the PS3. Good lord.
We disagree because you need take that bullsh*t into the open zone and obey the rules of the gamer zone.
By the way, it's spelled "Stupid".
lol it's so true... my 4830 card renders Oblivion with draw distances of about 200x the normal amount that a console would. Mass Effect and CoD4 runs flawlessly at Ultra High and they blow away the console versions.
...and go figure, I run Source Engine games with framerates in the high 100's. I hit 215.16 FPS on the stress test of CSS lolz.
Wrong. The 100 cars that are able to have damage are the ones with internal damage. I wonder where you pulled up the article that said all 1000 cars in Gran Turismo 5 would have damage.
Not like it matters really. There's going to be about 200 cars that you will actually use. If even that.
So get this... I let my friend, who is a PS3 only owner, borrow Uncharted, inFAMOUS, and Gran Turismo 5: Prologue. Now, before you say anything, he is a major GT fan. I mean major. It was his first time playing the prologue of 5. He said that he honestly couldn't believe that GT5:P's graphics were that inferior to Forza 3. Those were his exact words. I told him that they'd look better than GT5:P, but he told me that at this moment, he was looking more forward to Forza Motorsport 3 over Gran T...
This is coming from someone who is a die-hard PS3 fan, correct? I'm quite sure SOCOM: Confrontation takes that award.
As Panda said, Crysis is one of the highest rated games of 2007, and yes, you can play those screenshots. They were taken directly from the game. Maybe not at that high of a pixel count, but they're from the game ;D
Perfect example of hearing what you don't want to hear.
I think this is that guy that everyone made fun of from IGN.com for continuously saying that Microsoft pays reviewers and the entire media is a giant conspiracy.
You'd have to either live under a very large rock or be extremely lucky to never have heard of the Halo series. It is essentially the 'Wii Sports' of FPS fans- or what World of Warcraft is for RPG fans. It's a very casual, user-friendly, dumbed-down entry of the genre. If you're no good at real shooters and crave a game with unbalanced weaponry, auto-fill life bars, and downright broken multiplayer, you'll love Halo. In previous iterations of this cash-cow franchise, you've played as the ever...
I wasn't aware that 3 disagrees required a large list of multiple accounts. Anyway, the man is right. He didn't say anything wrong, and he brings up a very logical question, because right now, this scares the b'jesus out of me. How will Gran Turismo 5 turn out? I'm sure it will be fine, but both of these games have been in development for a while now.
Having no career mode and any ability to upgrade cars just blows. It's like they made a game where you do nothing but race the same thing over and over.
I think I'll give it a try and see if it's better.
It's a so-so game.
Honestly though, the game was never really exclusive. There was no mention of exclusivity and it never had the "Only on Xbox 360" logo. I kinda figured it would end up on the PS3.
"Jesus freaking Christ. Quit mentioning Dedicated servers. Sony has no power over the servers of the games that are on PSN. The developers host the dedicated servers. It's the exact freaking same with Microsoft. Except Microsoft not only allows developers to host dedicated servers, but they allow developers to not pay at all, ...

"That's basically the PS3 sales a month in the U.S.! But obviously 1/50th of the population."
Japan is about 1/3rd the population of America. 1/50th would put them at like 6,000,000 people.
