as much and i and everyone else would love a remake, its not possible especially not a next gen remake.the sscales of the midgar and the whole world would have to be created in full 3d, not a super huge cloud running around in world map on ps3, wud make no sense. theres to much dialoge to remake. so no the only way a remake is possible is psn or psp with maybe ps2 quality graphics and brand new CGI scenes.
