Nintendo used to created artificial demand and supply issues all the way back with the original Nes. It's a well-known and undisputed fact in order to get more publicity and make the product seem more desirable. I guarantee this is the same situation. Same for Amiibos and the Nes and the Snes minis..
Nintendo is a terrible corporation and I wish they exited the hardware market while making their games third party for xbox and sony.

Battlefront runs at a lower resolution on both platforms AND it's a different engine. Can't quite compare it like that.

Why did you get disagrees, when that's the actual resolution of the X1? It's dynamic, and scales to native 1080p in less demanding scenes, but you're still correct.
