Strange, I haven't noticed anything similar with my Vita, I'll keep an eye out though for sure.
But I agree the name needs to be changed.
'Revolution' was more of a codename for the upcoming system. The big announcement at E3 of the 'Wii U' suggests Nintendo fully expected the name to carry through to retail.
