It's a good list. Just add Black and Doom3.
No Chaos Theory?
Assassin's Creed's sneaky elements are crap compared to the ones in SC. I would class AC "Platformer" rather than stealthgame. I mean, you never really play that game. You just point your stick in a direction and the character even climbs by himself.
