bluray doesn't make a game look better it's the game developer that is responsible for that. bigger space means you can do a lot more, but if the developers are lazy then it won't be anything special.( just like most EA games)

before i used to believe and wait for the reviews before i buy a game, now i just wait for the demo and judge it myself. there are just a lot of biased site out there(yup i'm looking at you edge and variety) that it's hard to believe any review site anymore i would rather rent or ask a friend for opinions rather than believe a review site, but there are still credible sites like ign is one example. still, i believe that most of them reviews can be rigged, because of money, persuasion, loyalty...

xbox 360 is now going to be the most backward comparable(take note, not backward compatible), because it can be compared to ps1 days using multiple disc on a ff game. you know what i still haven't finish my ff 7 game because i lost one of my five disc included in the game.

insert disc one... bzzz..whirl.. downloading... then while playing the game you are about to end world 1 then you have to go to world 2, it would say "insert disc two"...... bzzz..whirl.. downloading... then while playing on world 2,(you know how rpgs are you do a lot of back tracking) so when you want to go back to world 1. it will say "insert disc 1"..... bzzz..whirl...downloading... and so on and so forth.. lol

i've been ps3 controller since its conception on the ps1 era, so i'm very comfortable with it and my hands are not big to be comfortable enough to use an xbox 360 d-pad. the ps3 has a little advantage with the sixaxis, other than that they are almost equal.
this is why exclusive ps3 games rule, because they can show what a ps3 console is capable of.
