The two major ones for me are lower the price and more PS1 and PS2 games on the PSN
Because if they weren't in the equation, FF XIII would have been out this year and not 2010. Trailers where shown that said Exclusive to PS3 and then all of a sudden at E3 coming to the 360.
It might be a business move but it I'm sure that a lot of games in Japan aren't happy since they had to wait a year longer then they needed to have this game out.

It's a good possibility that it is true. It's not like games that are supposedly "exclusives" don't end up on the other console a year later.
