I do agree with some of their points like the controls, and where it's racist or not, which I don't believe. 3 out of 5 is not bad at all.

Why the HELL should people go out and buy another system to play old games when the newer one should do the job of both.

You really think that? Well let's see. Lost Planet 2 which is an exclusive, now on 360 will eventually hit the PS3 within a year, so let's see if that is a thing of the past.
for instance their arrogance, bad ports, lost of exclusives and the big one being too expensive have hurt Sony. You can't deny those facts.
If the PS3 store was anything like the XBLA it would be a monster system.
All they need to do is get those PS1 & 2 games into the store.
