I agree with you but sometimes a good story can keep you going even when the gameplay becomes monotonous.

I don't like people who speak of their creations in such ways. No modesty at all. I really don't like that even if it was true. Only time will tell.
First off, there are more than two Street Fighter characters in MvC3. Second, it isn't a problem that Capcom what's to expand their games after release but the way they do it is bs. Tell me why would I spend $65 on a Capcom game when in a few months they will release the same exact game with more content for $20 less? That is cheating people out of money. $5 for a single DLC character? Are they insane? There is no way it worth it! Ohhh it didn't make the deadline??? It did, capcom...
It will be a VERY VERY long time till this can actually work.
I think there will be consoles for many years yet to come. Not everyone has an internet connection and many people want to own their games. I even wish that they would make PSN games available on blu-ray disks in collections just so I can actually OWN them.
Yet I buy movies on blu-ray regardless of having a membership at netflix. Most movies on netflix are garbage anyways there are a few good shows and a few good movies but 70% of the netflix content that is "on-demand" is garbage.
I still like to own movies. I love my blu-ray collection. There are movies that I want to OWN. And the ones I don't give two cents about I just watch on netflix. That and TV shows.

If a product is always in peoples faces they are more likely to check it out or buy it.
Don't pay attention to PC gamers. They always think of themselves as someone superior to console gamers. It's always been like that. I used to game on PC but I just don't like to, to be honest.
I think PC gaming is a shallow experience compared to consoles since PC's aren't dedicated gaming machines unlike consoles. Plus consoles are much more comfortable and hassle free compared to PC gaming.

FIFA is pretty cool but I usually wait 4-5 years between each FIFA game because year-by-year there isn't much change but 4-5 years appart and you notice the difference. So next one I get will be FIFA 13
It is true that many main characters are white males but you can't deny the fact that there are some great main characters who aren't white. For example: GTA:SA, Tenchu, Crackdown, Riddick, Any NFL or NBA game, Afro Samurai, Just cause 2 and 1Shadow Man and you also got some cool characters in fighting games and most of them aren't even remotely white, like from Tekken and Street Fighter.

No one else but the parents. It's one thing letting your kids play videogames but you MUST control the time when they do. If it's summer vacation than make them go outside. When I was in my teens I played video games as well but in the summer time I spent most of my time outside with friends.

I got a code with SOCOM4 for the R3 beta. I was told last week that I can download the beta with the code but so far no luck.
Does anyone know if the code can be used starting August 4th? Because I called Sony last week and they told me it will be available with the code this Monday...it is not.
They need to have a 3rd version as well a few months after this one so they can milk more money out of people and mega man will be a great selling point.
So 12 new characters??? Well if this get's down to $20-$25 I'll get it but it doesn't even worth $39.99 for me.
I'm not really that psyched about the Wii U. I'm more interested what MS and Sony will bring to the table next gen. I just hope neither is Motion Control centered.
I don't think that you can play on a phone like you can play on the Vita. I think analog stick are very important and this is what the Vita in my opinion got right. It would be funny to see someone talk on the phone with two analog stick sticking in their face :D

Exactly, all you need to do is look at exclusive games from each company and it will be clear as day which company gives developers the most freedom.
