I beg to differ, if you can get some 3rd party exclusives that are very good, you can sell systems. The only thing that makes 1st party exclusives better than 3rd party is your ability to bundle them amd set the price. (i.e. Sony's savior, giving away free brand new games and movies with their console.)

Considering that I'm SURE halo got ZERO votes in any category from PS3 fans due to their undying hatred (Jealousy) for the title, and it still pulls it out. That just adds to how good this game really is.
One could argue that COD4 should have won best graphics, but since MSG4 won that, there is no one complaining. Additionally, mario cart won best racing game over GT5P, but there's not much to be heard. People would much rather whine about HALO3's victory.

What I think they are complaining about is that they are calling it the 80 gig PS3, yet is doesn't have the same features as the current 80 gig PS3. Everytime sony gives you guys something, the appear to take something else away (But, you hard core fans are too blinded to see that.) In the grand scheme of things, it appears that the 80 PS3 that you all we all know and love will be eventually shorted by 2 USB ports.

I own all three systems, for the 360 I own about 40 games. For the Wii I own Mario Galaxy, Mario Cart, Smash Brothers, Wii Play, and Wii Sports. That's it. At the end of '07 the 360 led the PS3 by about 7.02 million units
now at the end of '08 the 360 is leading the PS3 by approx 7.67 million units.
