You are part of the problem. This is why many games have loot boxes and is slowly ruining a lot of AAA games. I wouldn't mind loot boxes on Free2Play games but on AAA games is ridiculously.

Sony Bend hasn't done a home console game or a new ip since PS1. So this is not an excuse, Sony Bend is just Rusty and a little behind other PS studio.
They were working on PSP and PSVITA games for 3 gen. I give Sony Bend the benefit of the doubt since Days Gone actually is not a bad game. Plus we are getting free dlc in June for Days Gone. So far I give this game 7.5 and I am half way on the finishing the story.
They should have used Decima Engine instead. If Sony Bend used the Decima Engine, Guerilla Games would have Sony Bend step by step on how to use the engine for their games.
